Book a qualified meeting or event in our area and receive cash back based on the number of room nights picked up for your conference or event!

Program participation is open to new meetings and events as well as events held in Bryan-College Station prior to 2008 with a minimum of 100 room nights.
Official Rules and Regulations
The Bryan-College Station Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is sponsoring the "Relax, Put your feet up, and Enjoy the REWARDS of Bryan-College Station" promotion to offer an incentive to sport, corporate, association, and other conferences and/or to encourage organizations to host meetings and events in Bryan-College Station.
Bryan-College Station offers :
1. All participants must register the lead with the Bryan-College Station CVB. Registration shall include:
- Contact information for the Meeting Planner (the person responsible for planning the meeting);
- The name of the meeting, including the estimated dates, estimated room nights, and the estimated number of people in attendance
2. Once the lead has gone through the CVB and the meeting has been booked, the meeting planner shall notify the CVB, and show proof of signed contract. Failure to notify the CVB of definite status prior to the event may result in a delay in issuing the donation.
3. Minimum qualifications to participate include, but are not limited to, the following:
- The lead shall be registered through the Bryan-College Station CVB;
- The meeting must be new to Bryan-College Station or held in B-CS prior to 2008;
- Must consume a minimum of 100 room nights;
- The conference or meeting must be booked between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2012 and shall take place within 5 years of booking date;
- The room nights shall be consumed at a hotel located in Bryan-College Station.
4. Upon completion of the Bryan-College Station meeting/event, the group will be entitled to receive a check in an amount as determined by the number of total room nights utilized during the meeting. Increments are as follows:
50-99 room nights = $200.00;
100-249 room nights = $500.00;
250-499 room nights = $1,250.00;
500-749 room nights = $2,500.00; and
750+ room nights = $3,750.00
- No substitutions of incentives are allowed.
- Cash credit is based on actualized total room nights picked up within the group block; and
- Will be paid out post-event once the CVB has received completed pick-up report from all hotels used.
5. General Terms and Conditions:
- The "Relax, Put your feet up, and Enjoy the REWARDS of Bryan-College Station" program offer and room rate is subject to availability and can be discontinued any time without prior notice; and
- Cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
- Acceptance into program is pending CVB final approval; the determination of the Bryan-College Station Convention & Visitors Bureau will be final and conclusive for all purposes.
- Additionally, the Bryan-College Station Convention & Visitors Bureau reserves the right to modify the promotion as it relates to the offering and award of rebate in any respect that it deems fair to both the destination and the event/meeting planners involved, in its sole discretion.
- The ultimate contract is between the Meeting Planner and the meeting facility. The CVB only provides information and acts as a facilitator in providing this incentive.
- Liability: The Bryan-College Station Convention & Visitors Bureau, Brazos County, and its employees will not be held liable for any action of the participant or the Meeting Planner. Further, the Bryan-College Station Convention & Visitors Bureau, Brazos County, and its employees will not be liable for an injury suffered by the result of the participation in the "Relax, Put your feet up, and Enjoy the REWARDS of Bryan-College Station" program.
