At “Veritas” (from the Latin word meaning “Truth),” we believe that “good wine” and “good food” should exist in true harmony without being overbearing and overpriced. Setting us apart from restaurants today, and notably those in College Station, we will provide a “sense of place” to experience new and exciting wines expertly matched to compliment a smaller-portioned (tapas-style) cuisine. Veritas will introduce a fine wine and dining concept in a simple, but elegant, atmosphere emphasizing quality over quantity.
