Texas Roadhouse combines casual family dining with a full service bar in a southwest “Roadhouse” atmosphere. Peanuts are stored in oak whiskey barrels and a tin bucket of peanuts can be found at each table. The food at Texas Roadhouse is prepared fresh daily with hand selected aged beef, cut in-house and displayed both before and during cooking. Their ribs and open range chicken are slow cooked for optimum taste and tenderness. Dressing and sauces are made from scratch. They use their own margarita recipe and beer is iced down in tubs because it’s better that way. Texas Roadhouse offers an “Early Bird Special” on Monday thru Thursday between 4 and 6 pm Aggie Bucks Accepted.
