BVAL is a visual arts group interested in learning, experiencing, sharing, educating and meeting with others of common interest! We have a studio for classrooms and the Wednesday Painters at the Art Center at 2275 Dartmouth Street College Station, TX 77840
Art Center is the home of Brazos Valley Art League, and it is also the home of Arts Council of Brazos Valley. Juried art shows are held in the center twice a year. We are involved in the selection of artists who will display in the main gallery (often our own BVAL artists). Displays are on a rotating basis. Art Center (979) 696-2787

BVAL endeavors to promote the creative visual arts within the Brazos Valley area by means of exhibits, programs, classes and similar activities. Our meetings provide a variety of programs to teach and inspire and are held the 1st Monday of January – June, and the 2nd Monday of October – December at noon in the P. David Romei Arts Center. Anyone can join with a $20 membership fee annually. Annual events include: two juried art shows per year and hosting opening receptions for exhibits in the Texas Gallery. BVAL manages the Texas Gallery at the P. David Romei Arts Center, which features exhibits by professional artists. Our meetings are fun as well as educational. The receptions for the Texas Gallery are great!
