As the front door to the University, the Visitor Center is here to greet you with a warm howdy, a smile and any information you may need to make your visit to A&M a memorable experience. Their visitor services include tours, videos, exhibits and visit coordination with other campus groups.
Texas A&M University is a land-grant, sea-grant and space-grant institution located in College Station, Texas. The university is centrally located, approximately equidistant from three of the 10 largest cities in the United States: Houston, Dallas and San Antonio and the state capitol Austin. The University's enrollment is approximately 50,000 students studying for degrees in 10 academic colleges. Tours of the campus are offered through the Appelt Aggieland Visitor Center, which depart from the lobby of Rudder Tower at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 noon and 2 p.m. on weekdays.
Open: Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm,
Saturday: Closed, except on football gamedays
Sunday: Closed
